Tiffany: How long have you been blogging? 

Shannon: I have been blogging for about a year or so.  

Tiffany: What started you blogging? 

Shannon: An online friend/blogger introduced me to Mommy Giveaways/contests throughout the blogging community and I been hooked since. I blog for extra entries as well. 

Tiffany: What is your blog about? 

Shannon: I blog about different giveaways/contests that are available and really soon I will be blogging about a lot of deals with coupons, stores, frugal living, etc.

Tiffany: What is the best deal you have ever gotten? 

Shannon: A $80 Peacoat on sale for only $30 from Old Navy online. 

Tiffany: What is a typical day for you?

Shannon:  

• 5am wake up to my cup of coffee, check emails and respond, enter a few giveaways/contests,
• 8am wake up the kids for school. While they're at school I make important phone calls (Dr. appts, dentist, school, etc.,) fill out any paperwork, blog some more or surf the Internet, read tons of blogs to learn new things,
• 2pm I get my cleaning started and wait for the kids to come from school,
• 5pm cook and clean up again,
• 7pm baths,
• 9pm settle youngest kid down for bed,
• 10pm read and Midnight I'm sleeping! 

Tiffany: What do you like to do for your "Me time"? 

Shannon: Enter, enter, enter blog giveaways.

Tiffany: Do you have regular "Me Time" or do you have to snag it whenever you get a chance? 

Shannon: As far as me time I'm pretty lucky now that the kids are all in school,my 15yr old does online school so i have the morning and afternoons to myself a lot. 

Tiffany: What has been the toughest parenting issue you've faced?  

Shannon: I have my oldest, she is 17 almost 18yrs old. She has a very snotty attitude and thinks she can run away(to grand-parents house) when I enforce the rules for their own good. I teach my kids that education is #1 and she gives me a hard time with school. The younger kids see this behavior and sometimes try to follow it. 

Tiffany: What is your best advice to new moms?

Shannon: All the changing dirty diapers, bed wetting, screaming, fighting, back talk, tantrums, messy rooms, etc will all be over before you know it. The kids grow VERY quick even though it feels like its never ending, cherish every moment good or bad because you will one day miss the crayon on the wall, food throwing, etc. they become young adults very fast ready to go out into the world on their own.(before you know it the grandbabies will come!) lol 

Tiffany: Just for fun - What celebrity do you have a crush on?  

Shannon: Denzel Washington!! wheew
